7A Resort has twenty-seven air-conditioned units available for rental. Nineteen of these are individual cabins.
These simple, rock cabins will accommodate up to 10 people. Because they have been built over time, each is unique. Some are smaller, some are larger; some have sleeping porches, some do not; some directly face onto the river, others are a little further away. All have kitchenettes, cable television., and separate bathrooms. The floor plans differ as do their locations in the resort. Office staff can help you find the one that is best suited to your needs.
Four of the units are in our two-story fourplex, the Dodge House. Housed under one roof and on the river, this is very popular for families traveling together, although each unit can be rented separately.
The Pioneer House has four, hotel-type units. The upstairs units have separate bathrooms and mini-kitchens.
The downstairs ones have no kitchens.
All units are non-smoking, and only a few are pet friendly.

1. Advance reservations for
summer and holidays must be for a 3
night minimum.
2. Reservations for specific
cabin numbers must be for at least 5
nights.
3. A deposit of 35% or one
night's rent, whichever is greater, is
required to confirm reservations. This
deposit will be credited to your bill.
4. Deposits will be refunded,
less a $10.00 per cabin fee, if
cancellation is made at least 6 weeks in
advance for the months of June, July,
and August. The remainder of the year, a
3 week notice is required, with the same
cancellation fee and policy.
5. NO smoking in any
accommodations.
6. All units are air
conditioned and have one bathroom each.
7. Master Card, Visa, &
Discover cards accepted. $25.00 charge
will be assessed on all returned checks.
8. Check-in time is 3 P.M.
Check-out time is 11 A.M.
9. A limited number of
portacribs are available and must be
requested in advance.
10. Extra linens
are available for an additional charge.
11. Daily maid service not provided.
12. One day
reservations only taken 5 days in
advance.
