Established in 2000, Cypress Creek Reserve was thought up when David Watson went to an island in the Indian ocean and had some of the best rum he'd ever tasted. David and his brother bounced some ideas off of one another and settled on distilling their own rum, here in Wimberey!

The fresh spring water used to ferment and cut the Rum is an asset that cannot be over looked. The Texas Hill Country has water perfectly suited for making liquor.
